• A retainer of half is required to reserve the event date. This retainer is non-refundable and is applied to the event's total cost. When a retainer is paid this date becomes exclusively yours. AleishaDavisDesigns has already begun planning and prepping/ purchasing for the elements of your event. If needed, you can postpone an event to a date that is more convenient only if the date is available for booking. *Due to events beyond your control and beyond AleishaDavisDesign's control (hurricane, service outages, death, etc.; neither party is liable.
Though there is no refund, AleishaDavisDesigns/ will do my very best to sincerely and fairly accommodate the situation • Balance(s) must be paid in full one/two week(s) before the event date. In most cases, you will not receive a reminder that the balance is due. It is your responsibility to keep up with billing, and forfeiture could postpone your event date unless otherwise discussed. *Please be aware that if you are placing an order on behalf of someone else YOU are liable for consent. **Photos supplied to AleishaDavisDesigns are for inspirational purposes only. I design originally and will not duplicate.
• Once your order has been picked up, delivered, and/or set up, AleishaDavisDesigns is no longer responsible for any damage endured to your purchase, shortage of, or incorrect count caused by a guest, caterer, or any other person. * Examples that can damage your order include (but are not limited to) walking out of my door and down my steps to your car, stumbling/tripping/falling, you placing your order on a surface that is not level and it slides, driving swiftly on bumpy roads, being moved, the table being bumped, the cake being touched, temperature control, DJ speakers being too close (heavy vibrations). You are responsible for providing an appropriate, level, and secure, transport, table, and environment for your cake and other aspects of your purchase. Due to COVID, unless otherwise discussed, all pickups will continue to be porch pick-ups. You'll be sent multiple photos from your order prior to picking up for your pleasure.
Pick-ups MUST be prompt (If 3 pm is your slotted time, do not arrive at 2:45, or 3:15 without prior authorization.)
THERE IS AN ACCRUING LATE PICKUP FEE: Up to 15min late, $10. 15min to 30min late, $20. After 30min, $30.
ADVANCED NOTICE AND APPROVAL OF UNFORESEEN SCHEDULING VOIDS THE NEED FOR LATE FEES. Please just communicate.

AleishaDavisDesigns OPERATES A HOME-BASED BUSINESS WHICH IS REGISTERED WITH THE MOBILE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. FROM TIME TO TIME, AleishaDavisDesigns DOES PREPARE PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, WHEAT, SOY, MILK, AND EGGS. WHILE AleishaDavisDesigns ADHERES TO STRICT COUNTY SANITATION LAWS (AND, GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MINIMIZE ALL CROSS CONTAMINATION RISK) TO ENSURE MY CLIENTS' HEALTH AND SAFETY, AleishaDavisDesigns CAN NOT ASSURE THAT ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF THESE ALLERGENS. THEREFORE AleishaDavisDesigns IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ILLNESSES CAUSED.
With this contract, you also permit AleishaDavisDesigns to use ALL photos taken by AleishaDavisDesigns for publicity and advertising including but not limited to social media sites, ads, newspapers, television, etc… This contract is binding between AleishaDavisDesigns and the client for this, and future events in 2023.
